Background

Tommy spent years on the other side of the counter — eating poorly, gaining weight, and trying every restrictive diet before realizing the issue wasn't willpower. It was that the food in front of him didn't taste good enough to want again. The 150-pound loss came from a different premise: build food that tastes like the food you actually want, but engineer it for protein, fiber, and clean ingredients.

That premise became tandoco's operating manual. Every cookie, brownie, muffin, and meal on the menu has to clear two tests — does the macro math work, and is it something Tommy himself would order on a normal Sunday. If it fails the second test, it doesn't ship.
