how we got here

built by two foodies who happened to also lift.

two boyfriends. two lifters. one kitchen that started cooking sunday meal prep for ourselves — and then for everyone who asked. chef-cooked every week, the same way we cook at home.

tommy lost 150 lbs learning to cook for himself. omar built a strength practice that he’s now turning into an nasm personal-training cert. tandoco is the kitchen and the bakery we wished we had when we started.
