two foodies who happened to also lift.

It started at our own kitchen table. Two boyfriends, two lifters, cooking Sunday meal prep for ourselves — until friends started asking, “can you just make mine too?”

Tommy lost 150 pounds learning to actually cook for himself. Omar built a strength practice he’s now turning into an NASM personal-training cert. tandoco is the kitchen — and the bakery — we wished we’d had when we started.

Today it’s the same two pairs of hands. The ones that packed your box were chopping that broccoli, or pulling that bread out of the oven, twelve hours earlier.

if we wouldn’t eat it twice, it doesn’t leave the kitchen.

the two of us, every week.

One of us runs the bakery, the other runs the kitchen. No outsourced commissary, no mystery line cooks — just the two people whose names are on the box.

what we stand for

three things we won’t bend on.

We started this because we were tired of meal prep that cut corners. These are the lines we hold — even when it’s harder or costs us more.

real food always.

Whole proteins, real cheese, real butter — nothing we wouldn’t feed each other. No chemical additives, no powdered shortcuts.

macros to the gram.

Every plate weighed, every label exact. No rounding, no “approximate” wiggle — the number on the label is the number on your fork.

order any week.

No subscription, no contracts. Skip a week, come back the next — change your order anytime up to the Thursday cutoff.

made from scratch

nothing comes from a box.

every roll, cookie, and loaf starts as raw ingredients on a floured table — mixed, rolled, proofed, and baked the morning it goes out. no mixes, no shortcuts, no shelf-stable filler.

and yes — there’s dessert

cookies you don’t have to feel bad about.

This is the part Tommy lives for. Every protein baked good — cookies, breads, rolls — is developed in-house to hit real macros and still taste like the thing you actually wanted. Because losing 150 pounds shouldn’t mean giving up the good stuff.
