the short version: payment is collected upfront at checkout. all sales are final — no refunds, no modifications. cancel before Thursday 11:59 PM or you're locked in. if you don't pick up on Sunday, we can't refund or remake your order — the ingredients have already been used.
1. all sales are final
once your order is confirmed, all sales are final. tandoco meals are made fresh to order each week using real, perishable ingredients. because of this, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any completed orders.
2. cancellation policy
you may cancel your order at any time before Thursday at 11:59 PM of the week your order was placed. after that deadline, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
- to cancel, use the cancel order button in your account portal, or email hello@tandoco.com / DM @tandoco on Instagram before the Thursday cutoff.
- cancellations received after Thursday will not be honored.
- no partial cancellations — the entire order must be cancelled.
3. pickup policy
all orders must be picked up on the designated Sunday afternoon at the specified pickup location in Minneapolis, MN.
- failure to pick up your order on Sunday will not result in a refund.
- missed orders will not be remade, as all ingredients have already been purchased and prepared.
- we are not responsible for orders left unclaimed after the pickup window.
- if you cannot make your pickup, you may send someone on your behalf — just let us know ahead of time.
4. food safety & allergens
tandoco meals are prepared in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and shellfish. while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- if you have severe food allergies, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your needs.
- all meals should be refrigerated promptly after pickup and consumed within the recommended timeframe.
- tandoco is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or improper food storage after pickup.
5. minnesota cottage food disclosure
Note: These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.
tandoco operates as a registered Minnesota cottage food producer under Minn. Stat. § 28A.152. our meals are prepared in a registered home kitchen in Minneapolis, MN.
- our kitchen is not inspected by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture or any other state or local food safety authority.
- all products are prepared fresh to order using whole food ingredients. we do not use commercial kitchen facilities.
- cottage food products are sold directly to end consumers only. they may not be resold or redistributed.
- fulfillment is by direct Sunday pickup only — products cannot be shipped.

6. payment
payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. by placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown. your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
- all transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
- prices are subject to change week to week based on ingredient availability and menu offerings.
- because payment is collected upfront and ingredients are purchased based on confirmed orders, all sales are final — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7. order modifications
once payment is processed, your order is final. no modifications (adding, removing, or swapping items) can be made for any reason.
- we do not offer partial refunds for unwanted items.
