atlas is tandoco's in-house ai coach. it lives inside every tandoco customer account and pulls food, habits, sleep, caffeine, hydration, workouts and recovery into one dashboard. macros on tandoco meals are auto-logged the second they arrive — you log everything else in five seconds each. atlas then recommends what to add to your next sunday order based on what's trending in your data.
do i have to pay for atlas?
no. atlas is free for every tandoco customer — there's no separate purchase, no subscription tier, no upsell. as long as you have an account and place a tandoco order, atlas is included. open it any time at tandoco.com/atlas.
what wearables does atlas work with?
at minimum: apple watch, whoop, oura, and garmin. atlas reads sleep, recovery, hrv, resting heart rate and daily activity from the device you already wear, then correlates them with your food and habit data. you can also use atlas without a wearable — sleep, hydration and caffeine become manual five-second logs.
does atlas track micronutrients, not just macros?
yes. atlas tracks 26+ micronutrients (iron, zinc, magnesium, vitamin d, b-complex, omega-3, fiber, etc.) on every tandoco meal automatically — because we cooked the meal, we know exactly what's in it. manual entries pull micro data from a usda-backed nutrition database. designed to surface gaps before they become a deficiency, not to diagnose anything.
does atlas replace a human coach?
no. atlas is the ai layer. for clients who want a human reading the data and tuning their sunday box, tandocoach pairs you with a vetted personal trainer, nutritionist or lifestyle and wellness coach who sees the same dashboard atlas sees. the two are designed to work together — atlas for daily nudges, tandocoach for weekly strategy.
is my data private?
yes. your atlas data is yours. we don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and the only humans who can see it are you, your tandocoach (if you've opted in to coaching), and the engineers who keep the platform running. wearable sync is opt-in and revocable any time in your account settings.
