meet the cinnie cup.
be honest: when you eat a cinnamon roll, you're negotiating with yourself the whole time. the outside spiral is fine. the edges are fine. but the whole ride is really about the center — that soft, gooey, frosting-soaked middle bite you save for last.
so we stopped negotiating. meet the cinnie cup: a cup of nothing but centers.
what it actually is
we take our protein cinnamon rolls — the same recipe as the swole roll — and while they're still warm out of the oven, we chop them and fold them into our high-protein cream-cheese frosting. the hot rolls drink the frosting in, everything turns ooey-gooey, and it sets into a soft, spoonable cinnamon-roll pudding. then we pipe a proper frosting crown on top and lid it.
no fork, no plate, no structural integrity to worry about. just a cup, a spoon, and the best part of the cinnamon roll on repeat.

the two ways to eat it
cold, straight from the fridge: the base eats like a cool, dense cinnamon-roll pudding and the crown stays firm — the on-the-go mode. car cup holders were, frankly, built for this.
warm, and this is the move: about 20 seconds in the microwave and the entire cup goes molten — the frosting melts down through the base and it turns into something between a lava cake and the middle of a roll straight out of the oven. the first time we tested it in the kitchen there was a brief, respectful silence.
the honest macros
each cup carries 11g of protein, printed on the label like everything we make. we'll be straight with you the way we always are: this is dessert first — a smaller, spoonable treat next to a full 22g swole roll — but it's dessert built on real protein cinnamon rolls and a protein frosting, not a sugar cup with a wellness sticker.
if you're curious how we get real protein into bakery without it tasting like a supplement, we've written up the whole science here — the cinnie cup inherits all of it.
where to get one
the cinnie cup lives on its own menu page and in the bakery lineup. two ways to make one yours:
order ahead: everything on the menu works the same way — order by thursday, and it's at your door or ready for pickup sunday (delivery's free over $65).
catch us in person: we bring them to the farmers markets, where they have a habit of selling out — the events page has the schedule and a heads-up alert signup.
and if you're a save-the-center-for-last person: we get it. we built you a whole cup.
FAQ
what is a cinnie cup?
The cinnie cup is tandoco's deconstructed cinnamon-roll cup: warm protein cinnamon rolls chopped and folded into high-protein cream-cheese frosting until they turn into a gooey, spoonable cake-pudding base, finished with a piped frosting crown — all in a portable cup with a lid. It's built from the same recipe as the swole roll, tandoco's protein cinnamon roll.
how much protein is in a cinnie cup?
Each cinnie cup carries 11g of protein. It is a smaller, spoonable treat next to the full swole roll (22g) — dessert first, with a real protein contribution, and the exact macros are printed on the label like everything tandoco makes.
how do you eat a cinnie cup — cold or warm?
Both work. Straight from the fridge it eats like a cool, gooey cinnamon-roll pudding under a cream-cheese crown. For the full experience, microwave it about 20 seconds — the whole cup turns molten, like the center of a cinnamon roll fresh out of the oven.
where can I buy a cinnie cup in minneapolis?
Order at tandoco.com by Thursday for Sunday pickup or delivery across the Twin Cities (delivery is free over $65), or find tandoco's booth at local farmers markets — the events page at tandoco.com/events has the current schedule.
