why omar is building this.

omar's path into personal training didn't start in a gym — it started with his own transformation, and the frustration that no matter how hard he worked out, the food options around him were terrible.

fast food, processed "healthy" meal kits, chalk-tasting protein bars. none of it actually supported real training goals. so he studied nutrition, started training the people closest to him, and began building his own protocols from scratch.

that's where tandoco came from. every meal on the menu is built around the same macro and nutrition principles omar uses when he trains people. the food and the training were always meant to work together.
