tandoco was founded by Tommy, a chef who lost 150 lbs through clean whole-food eating, and Omar, a personal trainer and nutrition coach. We started tandoco because we couldn't find meal prep in the Twin Cities that met our standards — high protein, whole ingredients, no seed oils, no shortcuts.
